• Manual treatment and soft tissue release

• Rehabilitation (including individualised home exercise programmes)  

• Pilates

• Education and advice on your condition, prognosis and options for management including when to consider referring on to see a hospital consultant

Fees and Appointments

Initial appointments are £70 for one hour and take place in your own home. I will bring a plinth/table to use if needed.

Telehealth

I can also complete appointments over the phone or video call (Zoom or Whatsapp video) if this suits your needs better. This still includes a full assessment, diagnosis and provision of treatment and advice.
