I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007 with a first class honors degree. For 8 years I worked within London NHS Trusts gaining experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy treating a variety of patients and conditions. I then moved out to Hertfordshire and have worked locally for 9 years.

 

As a keen exerciser (runner, HIIT and weights) I am passionate about the rehabilitation side of physiotherapy including strength and conditioning work. I also love to teach Pilates (I am APPI trained). I have a post-graduate certificate in Acupunture and use manual treatment for joint pains and stiffness, muscular pains and tightness.

I am a Member of the Chartered Physiotherapy Society (CSP) and I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) who regulate healthcare professionals.
